We'll be exploring markets dating back centuries, cooking with Greek chefs, finding the best fresh local ingredients and eating in family run tabernas, as well as Michelin rated restaurants. We will immerse ourselves in the culinary delights around Athens, Nafplion, the Peloponnese in ancient Greece and the islands.

Once a year we'll journey to Italy for the world’s biggest international cheese event where we'll immerse in cheese, wine, charcuterie, bread and pasta. Dine at Michelin restaurants, hunt for truffles, drink Barolo, cook in a rustic kitchen, and spend a few days at the cheese festival while eating our way around Piemonte.
Croatia's truffles, oysters, seafood, meat, wine and olive oil rival the best in the world. You'll sample the delicacies of the country in medieval UNESCO Heritage villages, on tiny islands with their own unique cuisine wines, on the edge of the sea.
