Explore your passion for food and cooking as we immerse ourselves in the culinary richness of Morocco which blends old world Berber, Arabic, French and Spanish cuisines. Learn the fundamentals of fragrant tajine cooking and other typical dishes utilizing regional techniques, local ingredients and rare spices, working alongside local Moroccan chefs to see how they create such unique flavors.
As we travel to these gorgeous Imperial cities, we are welcomed by the local people in ancient Moroccan mansions that have been lovingly restored by local artisans and craftsmen. Our riads sit in the center of the ancient medinas affording convenient access to explore the labyrinth souks filled with artisanal food, handmade rugs, antiques and everything imaginable from near and far.
