Gevrey-Chambertin
Day 1 – Wed 9/16 – We’ll meet in Paris and take an early afternoon fast train to Dijon
- Arrive in Gevrey-Chambertin and check in at the elegant Les Deux Chèvres.- Our private 5★ luxury hotel, formerly a chateau, sits on the Route des Grands Crus in the Côte de Nuits.
- Welcome cocktail and orientation
- Time to relax and explore the town

Day 3 - Fr 9/18 – Cotes de Nuits Day
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Scenic drive to private, intimate wineries through beautiful medieval villages
- Free time to explore the village and cafes
- Afternoon wine tastings at renowned wineries chosen by Dan
- Dinner at a superb local restaurant
Day 3- Fr 9/18 – Dijon City and Gastronomy Tour
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Guided walking tour of Dijon’s historic center: Palais des Ducs, Notre-Dame, and charming medieval streets
- Lunch at a local brasserie with regional wine pairings
- Afternoon visit to Les Halles and local food market tastings
- Free time for shopping and dinner on your own
Beaujolais
Day 4 – Sa 9/19 – Transfer to Beaujolais Wine Region
- Breakfast and checkout for our scenic drive to the Beaujolais region
- Drive south to Beaujolais with stops along the way to enjoy the picturesque fall colored vineyards.
- Check in at Hotel & Spa Panorama 360 4★
- Stroll through the vineyards at a special Grand Cru winery with light lunch
- Wine tasting along the way
- Dinner at a charming riverside restaurant known for it's Burgundian cuisine and river views
Day 5 - Su 9/20 – Exploring the Mâconnais
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Explore the wines of Mâconnais region known for its Chardonnay-based white wines
- Mid-morning tasting that may include the Mâcon-Villages, Saint-Véran, and Pouilly-Fuisse.
- Visit the medieval town of Cluny with lunch

Day 6 – Mon 9/21 - Red Wines of Beaujolais
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Harvest experience in the vineyards

Day 7 - Tue 9/22 – Transfer to Beaune- Route des Grands Crus
- Breakfast and checkout
