All Star Elevated Burgundy: Rare Wines & Culinary Magic

June 1-11, 2027 and 2028 dates tbd!

Welcome to Burgundy and our most ELEVATED culinary journey there yet!  A place where wine is not simply made, but deeply revered. For centuries, this storied landscape has shaped the soul of French winemaking, where Cistercian monks first tended the vines and defined the legendary climats now recognized as UNESCO World Heritage sites.

Here, every glass is an expression of place—of sunlit vineyards rooted in limestone-rich soils, of generations devoted to precision and patience, and of the quiet artistry required to coax greatness from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. This is a region where nuance matters, where tradition guides innovation, and where the connection between land, producer, and wine is felt in every sip.

Join us for an intimate journey into the heart of Burgundy—where history, culture, and world-class wines come together in their purest form.
