  • Day 1 | Welcome to Mexico City: Private arrival transfer, 5-star hotel check-in, welcome reception, and an elegant dinner in a historic venue.
  • Day 2 | History, Markets & Michelin Dining: Historic Center walking tour, Mercado de San Juan food tastings, expert-led National Museum of Anthropology tour, and a tasting menu at Pujol.
  • Day 3 | Art & Contemporary Cuisine: Frida Kahlo Museum (Casa Azul) entry, Coyoacán stroll, Polanco gallery walk, and wood-fired fine dining at Taller Xilotl.
  • Day 4 | Fly to Oaxaca & Festival Kickoff: Morning at leisure in CDMX, short flight to Oaxaca, check-in at our luxury hotel, and then we savor the  Oaxaca Food & Wine Festival opening reception at CuatroSiete Galería. This is an ample appetizer stroll through the gallery with bites crafted by Oaxaca's acclaimed female chef Andrea Sánchez López

  • Day 5 | Craft Beer & Regional Sensations: Multi-course Oaxacan craft beer lunch with master brewers followed by wine-paired dining at the much awarded Michelin recognized Xaok.
  • Day 6 | Ancestral Flavors & Artisans: Open-pit comal breakfast at Casa Juliana, an immersive journey to the famous Barro Negro (black pottery) workshop in San Bartolo Coyotepec, and an 8-mezcal tasting at Mezcalería Rambhá.
  • Day 7 | Mediterranean Fusion & Progressive Night Out: Rooftop lunch at Michelin lauded Brío.  Time to explore on your own followed by an evening of hyper-local Mexican whiskey, cocktail pairings, and vibrant nightlife progressive style.
  • Day 8 | Alebrijes & Indigenous Craft: Full-day excursion to San Martín Tilcajete to meet master wood-carving artisans, paired with traditional regional cuisine.
  • Day 9 | Leisure & Farewell Cellar Dinner: Relax in UNESCO-listed Oaxaca Centro, followed by an intimate 4-course winemaker farewell dinner inside Copal’s candlelit cellar.
