Sicily is a convergence of civilizations, flavors, and traditions shaped over centuries.
Greek temples rise above the sea. Baroque towns glow in honey-colored stone. Volcanic soils produce wines of remarkable character. Markets pulse with citrus, spice, and the rhythm of daily life.
At ENV Travel, we believe the most meaningful way to understand a place is through its table. This culinary adventure is designed for those who seek a deeper meaningful journey where every encounter is intentional, and every moment rooted in authenticity.

In 2022, Asaf Aharon began his studies at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, Piemonte, where he developed a deep curiosity for the region’s food culture—not only what is produced, but the people, history, and traditions behind it.
Traveling through small villages and rural landscapes, he connected with local farmers and artisans, discovering that every product—whether cheese, wine, or bread—tells the story of its makers and the land it comes from. These experiences shaped a clear philosophy: that meaningful travel should offer the opportunity to connect with the people who define a place.
Rooted in curiosity, respect, and a desire to share experiences that go beyond traditional tourism. Through thoughtfully curated gastronomic journeys, Asaf connects travelers with local producers and artisans, fostering authentic relationships between people, place, and culture.
