Uncork Burgundy: 11 Days of Rare Wines & Culinary Magic

An Adventure with Dan Dawson, Former French Laundry Sommelier

Welcome to Burgundy — a land where wine is not merely produced, but revered. For centuries, this hallowed region has been the heartbeat of France’s wine making soul, where monks once tended the vines and mapped the famed climats now protected as UNESCO World Heritage sites. Every sip tells a story of devotion, terroir, and tradition — of sun-drenched slopes, limestone-laced soil, and the unshakable patience that Pinot Noir and Chardonnay demand.

Meet Your Guide: Dan Dawson – Curator of Burgundy’s Hidden Gems

This unforgettable journey through Burgundy is led by Dan Dawson, a veteran wine expert with over three decades of experience shaping the world wine scene. As the first sommelier at the legendary three-Michelin-star French Laundry, Dan has long been recognized for his exceptional palate and passion for discovering wines that surprise and delight. His knowledge and connections with the best producers in France elevates our culinary adventure to the trip of a lifetime at the most legendary wineries in Burgundy!
