On this 14-day culinary immersion journey we will discover the beauty and culture of Vietnam and Cambodia through their culinary traditions. It's a street food and back alleys meets luxury as we go deep into the backstreets and neighborhoods to see how the people eat, cook and live. This friendliness and hospitality of this emerging nation is energetic and frenetic. Sometimes we'll tear through the streets on tuk tuks and other times we will have our own luxury boat with private chef. It's a land of contrasts, culture, history and the engaging contradictions of a rapidly developing and deeply traditional society.
